Welcome to Tang Hot Pot. By using our website and dining at our venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Promotions, Offers, and Vouchers

All promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers are subject to the following standard conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Non-Combinable: Vouchers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or membership benefit.
Blackout Dates: No vouchers, including birthday vouchers, are valid on Public Holidays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or special event days designated by management.
Redemption: Original physical vouchers or official digital equivalents must be presented to staff at the time of ordering.
Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any voucher if there is suspicion of fraud, duplication, or misuse.

2. Panthers Member Birthday Voucher Policy

In addition to our standard promotional terms, the Panthers Member Birthday Voucher is subject to the following specific conditions:

"4 Adults" Tier: To qualify for the birthday person to eat free, a minimum of 4 adults must dine and purchase full-priced meals.
"5+ Adults" Tier: To qualify for the 20% discount on the total food bill, a minimum of 5 adults must dine.
Exclusions: The 20% discount applies to food items only at the applicable Member Price. All beverages are strictly excluded from the discount.
Identification: The name and Player ID on the voucher must match the identification of the person redeeming it.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Group Bookings: To secure reservations for large groups, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Group booking deposits are strictly non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Punctuality: Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time. If your party is running late, please contact the restaurant directly.

4. General Venue Policies

Club Entry: As we are located within a registered club, all guests must adhere to the venue's entry requirements, including providing valid identification and adhering to dress codes.
Pricing: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply on weekends and public holidays as clearly displayed in the venue.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY KIDS EAT FREE PROMOTION T&CS

The Offer: Receive one (1) complimentary child's meal (Ages 5-12) with the purchase of each standard, full-priced adult meal. (A complimentary child meal is equivalent to our normal $25 children's meal price.

Eligible Times: Offer is valid during School Holiday period, on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings (Night Only) and Thursday & Friday (All Day).

Age Restriction: This promotion is strictly for children aged 5 to 12. Children outside this age range are not eligible for a free meal.
Promotional Ratio & Additional Children: The promotion operates on a one-child-per-paying-adult basis.

One paying adult is entitled to one free child meal for one child in the specified age range.

Limitation on Multiple Children: Should your party include multiple children within the 5-12 age range:

For every one paying adult, only one child's meal will be complimentary.

Any additional children present, including the 2nd child and subsequent children (Ages 5-12), will be charged at our standard child meal price of $25 per meal.

For example: A group with 1 adult and 3 children (ages 5-12) will receive one free child's meal, and the remaining two children's meals will be charged at the standard price ($25 each).

A group with 2 adults and 3 children will receive two free children's meals, and one child's meal will be charged.

Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special menus. All terms are subject to change without notice. Management reserve the right to refuse the offer.
