Welcome to Tang Hot Pot. By using our website and dining at our venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Promotions, Offers, and Vouchers

All promotional offers, discounts, and vouchers are subject to the following standard conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Non-Combinable: Vouchers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or membership benefit.
Blackout Dates: No vouchers, including birthday vouchers, are valid on Public Holidays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or special event days designated by management.
Redemption: Original physical vouchers or official digital equivalents must be presented to staff at the time of ordering.
Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any voucher if there is suspicion of fraud, duplication, or misuse.

2. Panthers Member Birthday Voucher Policy

In addition to our standard promotional terms, the Panthers Member Birthday Voucher is subject to the following specific conditions:

"4 Adults" Tier: To qualify for the birthday person to eat free, a minimum of 4 adults must dine and purchase full-priced meals.
"5+ Adults" Tier: To qualify for the 20% discount on the total food bill, a minimum of 5 adults must dine.
Exclusions: The 20% discount applies to food items only at the applicable Member Price. All beverages are strictly excluded from the discount.
Identification: The name and Player ID on the voucher must match the identification of the person redeeming it.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Group Bookings: To secure reservations for large groups, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Group booking deposits are strictly non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Punctuality: Tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booking time. If your party is running late, please contact the restaurant directly.

4. General Venue Policies

Club Entry: As we are located within a registered club, all guests must adhere to the venue's entry requirements, including providing valid identification and adhering to dress codes.
Pricing: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Surcharges may apply on weekends and public holidays as clearly displayed in the venue.
