

What is Hot Pot?
Each guest will be served an individual pot of soup base of your choice.
All the ingredients are kept fresh at the Cold Bar.
Cooking time of different ingredients varies.
Some ingredients need to be cooked thoroughly before eating.
Suggestion in adding ingredients:
When the soup is boiling, you may dip sliced meats in until cooked.
Do not add all ingredients to the Soup Base at once.
You should add the items that take longest to cook first, like fish balls and meatballs.
Make sure foods are cooked thoroughly before you eat.
For example the meat balls and fish balls need to float,
and the raw meats need to fully change their colour.
We offer a wide variety of sauces and condiments. You can customizer your own dipping sauce!
